- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your settings and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- What happens after the free trial?
- Your subscription starts automatically at the end of the 14 days. We email you before that happens, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing.
- Why is the number of spots limited?
- Bank connections run through licensed open banking providers, who cap how many our account can hold at once. We'd rather queue people fairly than sell access we can't deliver.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your imported transactions stay readable for 7 days after a subscription ends, and you can export them at any point. Bank connections are disconnected immediately so the spot goes to the next person waiting.
